  1. If I have an issue about a CD I ordered that defective and I only want to exchange it. I simply can’t just talk to someone and get this done?

  2. We have been trying for hours to contact Rock Auto. We ordered a distributor and after four weeks in the car the car just died. Sat alone in a parking lot in the dark five hours before help came. Once at the dealership they found a big problem with the distributor. After hundreds of dollars we want to send the failed distributor back and get our money back. Order #106298519. Why can’t we speak to a human??? Ralph Hazlett
