  1. I contacted customer service via phone this morning 1-16-2018 at approximately 11:30. My call was answered promptly by Kim. I told her I did not have an item number that I had purchased an under cabinet light at Lowes using my Lowes Card. She was very rude advising that without an item number I could not do anything. I tried to explain that I had purchase information on my Lowes Card and that I could return the item to the store without a receipt. Her reply was “Fine Mam, do that you need to do”. She was rude. Very rude. Utilitech was not represented in a positive way.
